Hospitals cannot require physicians, nurses, other health care providers, students, residents, interns, or trainees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or any other disease as a condition of employment, contract, internship, training, or residency

Hospitals cannot discriminate against any health care worker or trainee based on their vaccination status

Removes the existing exception that allowed public and private healthcare settings to implement COVID-19 vaccination requirements under Oklahoma education law (Section 1210.189)

Declared an emergency measure, meaning the law takes effect immediately upon passage and approval rather than following the standard effective date
