Prohibits physicians and health care professionals from performing gender transition surgery, hormone therapy, or puberty-blocking drugs on individuals under 18 years of age, unless the puberty-blocking drugs are medically necessary for non-gender-transition purposes

Creates a civil cause of action allowing individuals to sue health care providers if gender transition treatments caused them to lose the ability to experience childbirth, impregnate, or breastfeed, with no statute of limitations on filing claims

Prohibits parents or legal guardians from consenting to gender transition treatments on behalf of minors, and allows affected individuals to sue consenting parents for resulting reproductive harm

Parents or guardians who consent to prohibited treatments may be criminally prosecuted for child abuse under Oklahoma law in cases with potentially grave long-term effects on the child

Successful plaintiffs may recover compensatory damages, punitive damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees; effective date is November 1, 2026
