Prohibits inmates from accessing social media platforms on any cellular phone, tablet, computer, or other electronic device provided by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections

Defines "social media platform" as websites or internet mediums that allow users to create accounts, generate content viewable by others, and primarily serve as a medium for user interaction with user-generated content

Requires the Department of Corrections to promulgate rules to implement and enforce the social media access prohibition

Creates new Section 568.1 of Title 57 of the Oklahoma Statutes
