Amends the definition of agricultural workers exempt from workers' compensation coverage, specifying the $150,000 gross annual payroll threshold applies "per each Farm Service Agency number or account" rather than as a single total across all operations.

Maintains existing exemptions for agricultural, ranching, and horticultural employers with less than $150,000 annual payroll and for agricultural workers not operating motorized machines.

Preserves all other definitions in the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act, including terms for compensable injury, employee categories, disability standards, and medical evidence requirements.

Effective date is November 1, 2026.
