Prohibits government entities and private parties from using Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) system data to calculate or collect fees from aircraft owners or operators in Oklahoma

Applies to aircraft with gross weight of 9,000 pounds or less operating under 14 C.F.R. Part 91 (general aviation rules)

ADS-B technology broadcasts aircraft GPS location, altitude, ground speed, and other flight data for air traffic control surveillance purposes

Creates new Section 550 of Title 3 of Oklahoma Statutes

Effective date: November 1, 2026
