Oklahoma Turnpike Authority must compensate property owners with land abutting turnpike projects for direct or indirect damages, including impacts to access, air, light, view, enjoyment, or monetary value

Property owners may request the Authority acquire their abutting property up to 1,000 feet from the turnpike right-of-way boundary

Authority must provide written notice via certified and first-class mail to all abutting property owners when commencing right-of-way acquisition, with a 20-day deadline for owners to request compensation or acquisition

If compensation negotiations fail within 180 days, the Authority must file a district court action within 90 days; property owners receive attorney, appraisal, and expert witness fees if the court award exceeds the Authority's last offer by 10% or more
