Bans hiring decisions made to achieve diversity, equity, or inclusion (DEI) goals in government workplaces

Prohibits establishment of any branch, office, or position dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, or inclusion

Applies identical restrictions across all three levels of government: municipal, county, and state agencies

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
