Foreign principals from foreign countries are prohibited from owning, holding greater than 25% interest in, or acquiring agricultural land in Oklahoma, with existing foreign-owned agricultural land required to be divested within 180 days of the effective date

Foreign principals are prohibited from purchasing, holding, renting, or controlling any real property within 10 miles of military bases or installations, with current holdings requiring divestiture within 180 days

Entities with access to critical infrastructure (including oil/gas systems, water systems, telecommunications, electrical power, data centers, and transportation) are prohibited from contracting with or using products/services from foreign principals, and must obtain certification from the Attorney General

Whistleblowers who report violations resulting in forced divestiture are entitled to 30% of the land sale proceeds after payment to lienholders, with enforcement provisions taking effect 180 days after the act's effective date

Software produced by federally banned corporations, foreign countries, or foreign-domiciled companies is prohibited from use in state infrastructure and must be removed and replaced; the act becomes effective November 1, 2026
