Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education must adopt a policy, in consultation with the State Board of Career and Technology Education, allowing state higher education institutions to grant college credit for courses taken at technology center school districts

Policy must include provisions for transcription of college credit earned at technology center school districts onto college transcripts

A transfer equivalency matrix must be established identifying which technology center courses are eligible for college credit

Faculty requirements must be established for technology center instructors teaching courses eligible for college credit

Effective date is July 1, 2026, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
