Requires charter school performance reports to include review of compliance with Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Open Records Act, and transparency requirements including designated public comment periods at board meetings

Authorizes the Statewide Charter School Board to suspend a sponsor's authority to charter new schools if the sponsor fails to conduct required annual oversight reviews or compliance checks, with reinstatement contingent on correcting identified deficiencies

Effective date of July 1, 2026, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and approval
