Department of Human Services must provide foster care data monthly to resource family partners (private child-placing agencies contracted to recruit and support foster homes)

Data must be up-to-date, aggregated, and de-identified, including daily counts of children without placement and demographic/geographic information on foster parents and children

Required data includes geographic areas with high placement need but low availability, areas with frequent placement disruptions, and numbers of separated sibling groups

Data must also include counts of foster children placed far from their home communities and any relevant foster care system measures or outcomes maintained by the Department
