Authorizes pharmacists to dispense ivermectin for human use without a prescription, contingent upon FDA approval of ivermectin for over-the-counter use

Requires pharmacists to follow written standardized procedures or protocols issued by the State Board of Pharmacy, including providing patients with proper usage instructions if required

Grants pharmacists immunity from criminal liability, civil liability, and professional disciplinary action when dispensing ivermectin in a reasonably prudent manner under this section

Authorizes the State Board of Pharmacy to promulgate rules necessary to implement the provisions

Effective date is contingent upon State Board of Pharmacy certification that the FDA has approved ivermectin for over-the-counter use
