Amends 19 O.S. 2021, Section 270 to add grandchildren to the list of family members authorized to view or copy a veteran's DD Form 214 (military discharge papers) held by county clerks

Currently authorized viewers include the veteran, spouse, child, legal guardian, power of attorney holder, estate executor/administrator, VA representatives, funeral directors with signed contracts, and court-authorized individuals

County clerks must keep DD Form 214 records separate from public records and maintain a log of names and addresses of all persons who view or copy the documents

Effective date: November 1, 2026
