Amends Oklahoma's criminal record expungement law (22 O.S. Section 18) to expand eligibility categories, including adding provisions for individuals convicted of up to two felony offenses after 10 years, and those whose nonviolent felonies were reclassified as misdemeanors after 5 years

Requires the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to establish a publicly accessible online portal for expedited expungement requests, where individuals need only provide identification and contact information to initiate the process

Changes automatic "clean slate" expungement from beginning 3 years after November 1, 2022 to beginning on the effective date of the act (November 1, 2026), allowing eligible records to be sealed without individual petitions

Streamlines the automatic expungement process by removing the 45-day objection period for prosecuting and arresting agencies, instead requiring OSBI to provide courts a monthly list of eligible cases for signed expungement orders

Allows petitioners to request expungement of multiple qualifying offenses in one county under a single petition rather than filing separate petitions for each offense
