Amends Oklahoma law (59 O.S. 2021, Section 161.12) to exclude solutions containing vitamins, minerals, nutrients, or combinations thereof from the definition of "serum" that chiropractors are prohibited from possessing, prescribing, or administering

Clarifies that chiropractors may possess, prescribe, or administer vitamins, minerals, or nutritional supplements by needle or otherwise, while maintaining the prohibition on administering any drug, medicine, serum, or vaccine

Retains existing Board of Chiropractic Examiners authority to impose penalties including license revocation/suspension, administrative fines up to $1,000 per violation, probation, and assessment of investigation costs
