Amends 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-2502 to classify emergency medical services provided by public entities as essential services solely for purposes of federal funding eligibility

Applies to ambulance services managed by municipalities, counties, ambulance service districts, tribal entities, or other public entities

Reaffirms existing legislative findings that a critical shortage of emergency care providers exists and improved emergency services are needed to reduce mortality rates during the first critical minutes of medical emergencies

Includes an emergency clause, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
