Amends 19 O.S. 2021, Section 298 to modify margin requirements for documents filed with county clerks, removing the specific "at least two (2) inches" requirement for the top margin of the first page

Replaces the fixed 2-inch top margin requirement with language requiring the top margin be "of sufficient size to accommodate the clerk's recording documentation for all counties in which the document will be recorded"

Maintains the requirement that all other margins (besides the first page top margin) be at least one (1) inch

Effective date of July 1, 2026, with an emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval
