Payment of annual dues to the Oklahoma Bar Association becomes voluntary for attorneys admitted to practice in Oklahoma, with dues paid solely at the attorney's discretion

The Legislature gains authority to request information about complaints and disciplinary actions, hold hearings on misconduct by lawyers, judges, or Bar Association employees, and subpoena documents, records, or persons

Disciplinary bodies of the Oklahoma Bar Association must include at least one lay member (non-attorney) and permit public representation in proceedings

Effective date is November 1, 2026
