Creates the Taiwan Regional Trade Office as an administrative component of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, with a required physical office location in Taipei, Taiwan

Office will facilitate economic relationships and business-to-business trading between Oklahoma businesses and entities based regionally to Taiwan, excluding any authoritarian or totalitarian governments

Duties include coordinating trade missions, conducting training programs for Oklahoma business owners, producing promotional materials, and managing federal-level actions that promote Oklahoma-Taiwan business transactions

Oklahoma Department of Commerce must conduct a cost/benefit analysis by January 1, 2029 to determine estimated net direct state benefits for a three-year period

Office must cease operations if the Department determines it failed to meet the estimated net direct state benefit threshold (direct benefits minus direct costs)
