Amends 2 O.S. 2021, Section 2-4 to grant the State Board of Agriculture new authority to issue stop-sale orders for contaminated grain and require remediation or destruction of that grain

Updates statutory language throughout the section, replacing references to "Oklahoma" with "this state" for consistency

Retains all existing Board powers including jurisdiction over animal health and quarantine, fire suppression on forestry lands, licensing authority, and food safety inspections

Maintains Board authority to revoke, suspend, or deny licenses for up to one year for violations of the Oklahoma Agricultural Code
