Exempts farmers selling ungraded raw milk or raw milk products from their own livestock from Oklahoma Milk and Milk Products Act regulations

Increases the monthly sales threshold for "incidental sales" from 100 gallons to 1,500 gallons

Allows advertising of ungraded raw milk and raw milk products sales, and permits off-premises sales at farmers markets or through third-party vendors

Requires labeling indicating the product is raw/unpasteurized, the fill date, and disclosure that the product is not licensed, regulated, or inspected

Repeals Section 7-417, which required permits for ungraded raw milk sales, and declares an emergency for immediate effect upon passage
