Allocates funding to districts based on per-student counts of those needing math remediation, with districts receiving over $2,500 required to spend at least 10% on teacher professional development; teachers completing approved summer math institutes may receive stipends

Creates the "Statewide Mathematics Revolving Fund" for higher education to implement research-based math training in teacher education programs, with completion leading to a mathematics micro-credential reflected on teaching certificates beginning with the 2026-2027 academic year
