Prohibits Oklahoma state agencies from using the term "West Bank" in official government materials, requiring use of "Judea and Samaria" instead to refer to territory Israel captured from Jordan in the 1967 Six-Day War

Defines "Judea and Samaria" as land south of Jerusalem (Judea) and north of Jerusalem (Samaria) controlled by Israel since 1967

Applies to all guidance, rules, briefings, press releases, and communications prepared by state boards, commissions, departments, and other entities with rulemaking authority

Allows executive heads of state agencies to waive the prohibition if they determine it is in the state's best interest and submit written explanation to the Governor, Senate President Pro Tempore, and House Speaker within 30 days
