Amends 26 O.S. 2021, Section 4-109 governing the distribution locations for voter registration applications in Oklahoma

Secretary of the State Election Board designates locations for voter registration application distribution, with county election board secretaries able to designate additional locations with state approval

Expands preferential distribution locations to include public libraries, public buildings, grocery stores, and popular private businesses where large numbers of potential voters may be located

Places particular emphasis on making voter registration applications available for organized voter registration programs

Effective date: November 1, 2026
