Creates the "Oklahoma Invasive Woody Species Stewardship for State-Leased Lands Act" authorizing the Commissioners of the Land Office to remove and manage invasive woody species on state trust lands to protect the permanent school fund

Defines invasive woody species to include Eastern Redcedar, Rocky Mountain juniper, oneseed juniper, and salt cedar, consistent with the Terry Peach North Canadian Watershed Restoration Act

Requires the Commission to submit an annual management plan to the Oklahoma Conservation Commission by December 15 identifying affected trust lands, and a progress report to the Legislature by February 15

Authorizes the Commission to spend up to $1,000,000 annually from existing funds, with no additional state appropriations, though coordination with other state agencies for resources is permitted

Effective date of November 1, 2026
