Courts must order supervised visitation for any person with substantiated findings from the Department of Human Services relating to sexual abuse of a child, making this mandatory rather than discretionary

Amends the Oklahoma Child Supervised Visitation Program (43 O.S. Section 110.1a) to add this new mandatory requirement alongside existing discretionary authority for courts to order supervised visitation

Supervised visitation requires a third-party person to observe and oversee all contact between the noncustodial parent and child to ensure safety

Does not apply to cases governed by the Oklahoma Children's Code or Oklahoma Juvenile Code
