Amends 60 O.S. 2021, Section 5 to modernize and clarify the statutory definition of real or immovable property in Oklahoma

Expands the definition of "land" to explicitly include surface, subsurface, and airspace to the extent recognized by law

Specifies that real property includes "improvements and fixtures" affixed to land, replacing the previous vague language of "that which is affixed"

Adds explicit recognition of easements and rights-of-way as rights, privileges, and interests appurtenant to land
