Extends the sunset date for the Oklahoma Tourism Development Act's sales tax credit and incentive payment programs from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2032

Companies with existing tourism project agreements entered before the new sunset date may continue claiming authorized inducements after that date

Maintains the existing inducement structure: up to 10% sales tax credit for projects with $500,000-$1,000,000 in approved costs, and up to 25% for projects exceeding $1,000,000

Cumulative inducements under the Act remain capped at $30,000,000 per year

Effective date: November 1, 2025
