Creates the Feral Swine Eradication and Control Grant Program to provide Oklahomans with education, equipment, and services for controlling and eradicating feral swine

Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry will implement the program in collaboration with the Department of Wildlife Conservation and Oklahoma Conservation Commission

Maximum grant fund capped at $500,000, funded through legislative appropriations, public/private sources, and federal matching funds

Department and its employees are indemnified from civil and criminal liability for program-related injuries, except in cases of gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct

Participating landowners and land lessors may receive exemptions from permits otherwise required to control nuisance and invasive species; effective November 1, 2025
