Amends 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1054 to update definitions in the Oklahoma Housing Authorities Act, including replacing references to the "Public Housing Administration" with "United States Department of Housing and Urban Development"

Expands the "area of operation" definition to allow city or county housing authorities to undertake construction or rehabilitation projects anywhere within Oklahoma, provided they consult with local governments and other active housing authorities where projects are located

Adds "County" as a newly defined term meaning any county in the state

Renumbers and reformats existing definitions from lettered subsections to numbered paragraphs for organizational clarity
