Amends the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Registration Act (63 O.S. Section 4002) to update the definition of "kayak" to include vessels propelled by human muscular effort using double-bladed paddles, hand cranks, or pedals by individuals seated inside or on top of the vessel

Changes the spelling of "John boat" to "Johnboat" as a single word in the statutory definitions

Updates the definition of "certificate of title" by replacing "and/or" with "or" for vessels and motors

Makes minor grammatical and formatting updates throughout the definitions section, including pronoun usage and punctuation standardization
