Amends the Fair Practices of Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers and Dealers Act to prohibit suppliers from preventing dealers from selling competing product lines or makes of equipment, or requiring separate facilities for competing lines, with an exception for dealers whose equipment purchases from one supplier constitute 80% of new equipment and exceed $40 million annually over five years

Strengthens dealer transfer rights by requiring suppliers to not unreasonably withhold consent for sales or transfers of a dealer's business or equity ownership interest, with consent only deniable for "good cause" and placing the burden of proof on the supplier

Updates statutory references throughout the Act from "this act" to specific title section numbers (e.g., Section 245A.1, 245A.5) and makes technical corrections to language formatting (e.g., "catalogue" to "catalog," "case by case" to "case-by-case")

Maintains existing termination notice requirements of 180 days for suppliers and 30 days for dealers, with a 60-day cure period for deficiencies and a two-year notice requirement for terminations based on failure to meet performance objectives
