Prohibits property owners, employers, and business entities from establishing policies that prevent non-felons from transporting, carrying, or storing firearms and ammunition in locked motor vehicles on their property

Creates a private right of civil action allowing individuals to sue for violations, with courts required to award actual damages, injunctive relief, court costs, and attorney fees to prevailing plaintiffs

Allows employees to transport firearms in their personal, rented, or leased vehicles while conducting business, regardless of employer policies

Removes previous civil liability protections for property owners related to firearm storage incidents, replacing immunity language with provisions stating they "shall not be subject to" liability
