Prohibits Oklahoma higher education institutions from requiring students to take leave, withdraw, or limit studies solely due to pregnancy

Requires institutions to provide reasonable accommodations including safe distance from hazardous substances, makeup tests/assignments for pregnancy-related absences, and excused medically necessary absences

Grants pregnant students or those who recently gave birth at least 6 additional months to prepare for qualifying examinations and at least 6 months extension toward degree completion

Authorizes the Office of Civil Rights Enforcement within the Attorney General's Office to investigate pregnancy discrimination complaints and forward cases to the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights

Mandates institutions maintain written pregnancy discrimination policies available to faculty, staff, employees, and students through handbooks and required training
