Nonresident hunters must schedule with the Department of Wildlife Conservation and receive written authorization before hunting, killing, or trapping wildlife on state or federal wildlife refuges or Wildlife Management Areas

Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall create a lottery system as needed for distributing nonresident permits, with fees not to exceed $100

Violations are punishable by fines of $100 to $1,000, imprisonment of 10 to 30 days, or both; subsequent violations result in suspension of hunting privileges on these areas

Lake Murray State Park remains exempt from hunting and trapping and shall continue as a wildlife preserve
