Reduces the annual license fee for coin-operated music and amusement devices from $75 to $50 per machine

Amends 68 O.S. 2021, Section 1503 to update statutory language and make references gender neutral

Maintains existing fee structure for other coin-operated devices: $75 for vending devices requiring $0.25 or more, $10 for those requiring less than $0.25, and $2-$15 for bulk vending devices depending on configuration

Annual license fees remain in lieu of sales tax for these devices

Effective date: January 1, 2026
