Repeals seven sections of Oklahoma law (63 O.S. 2021, Sections 2-503 through 2-508) governing drug-related asset forfeiture procedures

Eliminates provisions defining property subject to forfeiture in drug cases, including vehicles used in drug manufacturing

Removes statutory authority for law enforcement to seize property, provide notice of seizure, and conduct forfeiture proceedings

Abolishes procedures for itemization, destruction, and disposition of seized property related to controlled substances

Effective date: November 1, 2025
