Removes all statutory references to CompSource Oklahoma from multiple sections of Oklahoma law, including exemptions from state telecommunications requirements, budget reporting, surplus property rules, motor vehicle acquisition requirements, and attorney employment provisions

Repeals 36 O.S. Section 902.3 (relating to workers' compensation) and 74 O.S. Sections 3316 and 3317 (the statutes that established and governed CompSource Oklahoma's pilot program)

Changes references in workers' compensation statutes from "CompSource Oklahoma" to "CompSource Mutual Insurance Company" regarding the Physician Advisory Committee's authority to request data

Removes the Board of Managers of CompSource Oklahoma from the list of entities exempt from Attorney General representation requirements

Effective date: November 1, 2025
