Establishes 18 years of age as the minimum age to marry in Oklahoma, with no exceptions

Removes all existing provisions that allowed minors ages 16-17 to marry with parental or guardian consent

Eliminates court-authorized marriage exceptions for minors under 16, including exceptions for pregnancy, childbirth, or settlement of seduction/paternity suits

Removes provisions allowing parents/guardians of minors in state custody (Department of Human Services or Department of Juvenile Justice) to consent to marriage

Effective date: November 1, 2026
