Extends existing whistleblower protections for teachers to also cover school support employees, prohibiting school districts from disciplining either group for reporting suspected violations of law

Protects employees who disclose public information to correct believed violations of the Oklahoma Constitution, state or federal law, or administrative rules—even without giving prior notice to supervisors

Defines "reporting" as providing spoken or written accounts to supervising teachers, administrators, school board members, State Department of Education representatives, law enforcement, district attorneys, or parents of directly impacted students

Requires school districts to prominently post or publish the whistleblower law where all teachers and support employees can reasonably see it

Effective July 1, 2025, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
