Amends the Roofing Contractor Registration Act to simplify registrar duties by requiring only that complaints be recorded by date received and processed according to law, removing requirements to document the nature of complaints and contractor responses in individual records

Eliminates mandatory public disclosure requirements for the online verification system, removing the requirement to display complaints, contractor responses, court dispositions, and criminal history information

Maintains existing complaint procedures including 5-day written notification to contractors and 10-day response period, with referral to district attorneys when appropriate

Default registration suspension, revocation, or denial period remains 6 months when courts order such action but fail to specify a term
