Amends Oklahoma medical marijuana packaging and labeling requirements under 63 O.S. Section 427.18

Requires three new mandatory warning labels on medical marijuana containers: a statement that driving under the influence is illegal, a warning that women should not use marijuana during pregnancy due to birth defect risk, and confirmation that the product has been tested for contaminants

Prohibits packaging that appeals to children, including cartoon characters or content targeting individuals under age 21, and bans false or misleading statements on labels

Containers must be child-resistant and dispensaries must place products in exit packages at point of sale

Effective date: November 1, 2025
