Federal, state, county, or municipal orders requiring confiscation of firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition from law-abiding citizens would be considered infringements on Second Amendment rights and Article II, Section 26 of the Oklahoma Constitution

Courts and law enforcement agencies in Oklahoma would be required to protect citizens' rights to keep and bear arms from such infringements

Law enforcement officers would be prohibited from obeying or enforcing any order that violates the Second Amendment, the Oklahoma Constitution's firearm protections, or their law enforcement oath

State, county, and municipal agencies would be prohibited from terminating or retaliating against officers who refuse to enforce such orders, and from cutting funding to sheriff's offices or police departments that refuse enforcement or declare themselves Second Amendment sanctuaries

"Law-abiding citizen" is defined as someone not precluded by federal or state law from possessing a firearm and who is legally present in the United States; the bill includes an emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage
