Amends the domestic assault and battery statute to expand "domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon" to include assault and battery "by means of any deadly weapon or by such other means or force that is likely to produce death," punishable by imprisonment up to life

Adds three domestic violence offenses to the statutory definition of "violent crime": subsequent offense of domestic assault and battery, domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and domestic abuse against a pregnant woman with knowledge of the pregnancy

Updates terminology throughout criminal statutes, replacing "child pornography" with "child sexual abuse material" and "aggravated child pornography" with "aggravated child sexual abuse material"

Corrects statutory cross-references for the 85% minimum sentence requirement, including updating the first degree burglary citation from Section 1436 to Section 1431
