Amends Oklahoma law to allow beer distributors, small brewer self-distributors, and brewpub self-distributors to issue a credit to retailers for removed beer or cider after making two quality control replacements for the same brand, packaging, and alcohol content within one calendar year

Credits are limited to once per calendar year per retailer and capped at a maximum of four cases of beer or cider

Credits may only be applied to future beer or cider purchases and cannot be given as cash refunds

Credits issued under this provision are explicitly excluded from being considered consignment sales or unlawful inducements, rebates, or things of value

Effective date is November 1, 2026
