Changes terminology from "child pornography" to "child sexual abuse material" throughout Oklahoma statutes

Creates new category of "unlawful pornography" covering explicit sexual depictions of adults, prohibiting production or distribution of material lacking serious literary, artistic, educational, political, or scientific value

Increases penalties for possession of child sexual abuse material to 10-30 years imprisonment and fines up to $250,000 for first offense, 15-50 years and up to $300,000 for subsequent offenses

Establishes private civil cause of action allowing any person (except government employees) to sue producers or distributors of unlawful pornography for minimum $10,000 per image plus attorney fees and injunctive relief

Creates trafficking offense for organized pornography operations with penalties of 15-40 years imprisonment and fines up to $500,000, with victims eligible for $50,000 minimum statutory damages per occurrence
