Amends Oklahoma's rape statute (21 O.S. Section 1111) to add a new circumstance where rape occurs: when a secondary school student concurrently enrolled at an institution of higher education engages in sexual intercourse with an employee of that higher education institution

Defines "employee of an institution of higher education" to include faculty, adjunct faculty, instructors, volunteers, and employees of businesses contracting with the institution who exercise institutional authority over the victim

Excludes from the employee definition enrolled students who are employed or volunteering at the institution and are within 3 years of age of the concurrently enrolled student

Effective date: November 1, 2025
