Adds "discharging a firearm at or into a dwelling or building used for public or business purposes" to the list of offenses requiring inmates to serve at least 85% of their sentence before parole eligibility

Updates terminology throughout the statute, replacing "child pornography" with "child sexual abuse material"

Corrects statutory reference for first degree burglary from Section 1436 to Section 1431

Persons convicted of the listed serious offenses cannot use earned credits or other credits to reduce their sentence below the 85% minimum requirement
