Expands the Impaired Driving Prevention Advisory Committee from 15 to 22 members by adding representatives from the State Department of Health, Department of Transportation, Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, State Board of Pharmacy, Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission, Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, and Oklahoma Indigent Defense System

Updates statutory language to reflect current agency titles, including changing "Director of the Department" to "Commissioner" for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and "Chief Executive Officer" to "Executive Director" for Service Oklahoma

Committee must meet at least once annually but no more than four times per year, with the Commissioner of Public Safety serving as chair

Effective date is November 1, 2025
