Amends Oklahoma law (21 O.S. 2021, Section 732) to allow peace officers and correctional officers whose use of deadly force is ruled unjustified during pretrial hearings to appeal directly to the Court of Criminal Appeals within 10 days

Requires the Court of Criminal Appeals to give priority to these appeals and mandates an automatic stay of proceedings until the appeal is resolved

Failure to file an appeal within the 10-day window waives the right to immediate appeal but preserves the officer's right to assert the justifiable homicide defense at trial or on direct appeal
